1- To look for = procurar
2- To look after = cuidar
3- To look out = tomar cuidado
4 To look forward = aguardar com ansiedade
5 To bring forward = antecipar

To look for


a) I'm looking for a new job.
b) I'm looking for my daughter.
c) My brother as looking for trouble.
d) She was looking for someone to help her.

To look after


a) Sometimes I look after my daughter while my wife is cooking.
b) Suzana looks after Anselmo and Lorena.
c) You need to look after your life better.
d) We are looking after her cos' her father is traveling.

To look out

a) She looks out before she crosses the street with the baby.
b) Look out! you are driving too fast!
c) You better look out when you talk to her about this.
d) Look out! This tea is too hot , you can burn your mouth!

To look forward

a) I'm looking forward for our next meeting.
b) She was looking forward for her parents wedding anniversary.
c) I look forward for your decision to travel with me.
d) They look forward for your class.

To bring forward

a) I brought the meeting forward cos' I needed to travel.
b) My boss brought my salary forward cos' I was running out f money.
c) Can you bring it forward ?
d) I don't like to bring who is my secret friend forward.
